As the seasons turn and new chapters unfold, the Risheng Group Annual Gala was successfully held on February 6 at the Longzhimeng Ruifeng Hotel in Huzhou. All Risheng employees gathered together to reflect on the journey of hard work, share the moments of glory, and embark on a new journey toward 2026 with a spirit of unity and shared purpose.

Uniting Through “Harmony”, Steadfastly Moving Forward

What is “harmony”? Harmony is unity, and unity is harmony. The concept of “harmony” embodies the corporate wisdom of unity and coexistence, the team spirit of working together in harmony, and, above all, the inclusive mindset of “harmony in diversity.” At the opening of the ceremony, Zhang Tao, General Manager of the Holding Company, took the stage to deliver a speech. He fondly reflected on the company’s journey and profoundly elucidated the essence of “Harmony”: “It is precisely this ‘Harmony’ that enables Risheng employees to join hands in the face of challenges and move forward in unison when opportunities arise.” In just ten minutes, his words, interwoven with warmth and strength, earned a standing ovation.

Spectacular Performances, Thunderous Applause

Lion dancers performed energetically to the beat of drums. The opening lion dance presented by the Refrigeration and Dryer Division kicked off the annual gala. The golden lion leaped and danced, symbolizing Risheng’s grand ambitions for the new year. Four hosts took the stage in formal attire, instantly igniting the audience’s enthusiasm.

On stage, meticulously choreographed performances from various departments took turns captivating the audience: the afternoon session featured a medley of singing and dancing, along with piano-accompanied dance routines, creating one climax after another as applause and laughter echoed throughout the venue; the evening session showcased passionate dance routines, powerful martial arts demonstrations, and melodious singing, ultimately bringing the annual gala to a perfect close with joyful dance steps. Both on and off stage, applause and cheers intertwined to create the warmest echo of the year.

The most touching part of the annual meeting was undoubtedly the awards ceremony.
