This meeting not only reflected on and summarized the achievements of the first half of the year but also opened a new chapter for breakthroughs and progress in the second half.
Departmental Summary
The atmosphere throughout the meeting was both engaging and formal. The company’s Sales Director, Zhou Libo, conducted a comprehensive review and evaluation of the work completed in the first half of the year. He fully recognized the achievements of the sales personnel across departments and pointed out areas for improvement in underperforming teams. This meeting not only gave us a clearer understanding of our work shortcomings but also provided clear guidance for the tasks ahead.
01 Marketing System
In a complex and ever-changing market environment, the Marketing System made significant progress in sales performance, brand promotion, and channel expansion. Moving forward into the second half of the year, the company’s leadership has decided to increase market investment, further expand into overseas markets, and enhance the competitiveness of our products on the international stage.
02 Business Center
Effective communication is crucial, and the Business Center serves as a vital liaison, coordinating between departments to address customer needs. In the coming months, we will strengthen internal communication, improve work efficiency, and deliver even higher-quality services to our customers.
03 After-Sales and Spare Parts Service Department
The focus for the first half of the year was to improve service quality and enhance customer satisfaction. By optimizing service processes and strengthening team development, we successfully elevated overall service satisfaction. For the second half of the year, we will continue to monitor service quality, improve spare parts supply efficiency, and ensure sustained growth in customer satisfaction.
At the same time, the Production System has also been reviewed.
Over the past six months, the Production System has played a vital supporting role, delivering efficient and stable operational support to various departments. In the second half of the year, it will continue to optimize processes, enhance service quality, and contribute to achieving the company's annual goals.
Mentorship and Apprenticeship
There is a tradition of mentorship—a legacy passed down through generations. For the past 32 years, RISHENG has upheld the corporate culture of mentorship and apprenticeship. The goal is to enable new employees to quickly understand the company culture and master essential job skills under the guidance of experienced mentors, thereby improving efficiency and enhancing the stability of new staff.
