SSD Series Refrigerated Dryer

Unlike products made of carbon steel, the SSD heat exchanger assembly and air receiver are constructed entirely from 304S stainless steel. This ensures no secondary contamination to the air quality, making it suitable for direct use in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, electronics, advanced coating, and more.

PD Series Refrigerated Air Dryers

The pre-cooler, evaporator and gas-liquid separator feature an integrated design; Specially thickened alloy aluminum heat exchanger assembly, corrosion resistance is much higher than similar designs at home and abroad; Unlike products made of carbon steel, it will not cause secondary pollution to the quality of gas; The surface of the wind condenser is coated with nanometer /anti-corrosion coating to prolong its service life; The heat exchanger adopts plate-fin structure advanced in Europe and America, with high efficiency.

ST Series Refrigerated Dryer

High quality compressor with multiple protection settings. Patented WS water separator ensures ultra-high dew point. 8~10°C temperature difference between inlet and outlet water of pre-cooler ensures minimum outlet RH and prevents orifice freezing, which is much better than similar products. The pre-cooler recovers more than 90% of the cooling capacity and effectively reduces the load on the evaporator, so that the total energy consumption is only 85% of that of similar products.

HT Series High Temperature Refrigerated Air Dryer

Specifically designed to handle inlet temperatures of up to 80°C, this dryer uses environmentally friendly HFC refrigerants R134a and R407C. Featuring a large pre-cooler and counterflow design, it achieves energy savings of up to 25%. A demisting water separator with over 99% efficiency guarantees a reliable dew point, significantly outperforming cyclone separators. The rugged, hermetically sealed refrigeration compressor ensures years of trouble-free operation. An automatic refrigeration temperature control system maintains precise air temperature. Various power supply options are available.

HP Series Refrigerated Air Dryer

The refrigerated dryers in the HP series units feature a powerful cooling system. This includes a high-quality refrigerant compressor, large-sized heat exchanger surfaces and a cleverly designed cooling airflow. This combination thus ensures reliable operation even at high temperatures and guarantees a consistently stable pressure dew point.

RSXB-ZP Series Zero Purge Blower Heated Desiccant Air Dryer

The RSXB series blower-heated regenerative adsorption dryers utilize highly efficient, durable, and low-power-consumption blowers and heaters. These components thermally regenerate the adsorbent at high temperatures using ambient air, eliminating the need to consume finished dry air from the dryer system. The RSXB series is equipped with heat-resistant ball and butterfly valves featuring PPL seals and stainless steel internal components. All valves are rigorously tested to meet Risheng's strict quality standards. These dryers are designed to maintain a constant pressure dew point of -40°C (optional -70°C for enhanced performance).

RSXB Series Pure Loss Blower Heated Desiccant Air Dryer

The RSXB series blower-heated regenerative adsorption dryers utilize highly efficient, durable, and low-power-consumption blowers and heaters. These components thermally regenerate the adsorbent at high temperatures using ambient air, eliminating the need to consume finished dry air from the dryer system. The RSXB series of blast air heated regenerative adsorption dryers utilize heat-resistant ball and butterfly valves with PPL seals and stainless steel internal materials. All valves are tested according to Risheng's strict requirements. The RSXB series of blast heated regenerative adsorption dryers are designed for a constant pressure dew.

RSXY-ZP Series Zero Purge Heat of Compression Desiccant Air Dryer

The RSXY series compression heat regeneration adsorption dryer fully utilizes the heat generated by the compressor to thermally regenerate the adsorbent. This design makes it an energy-efficient adsorption dryer with remarkable energy-saving characteristics. It is specifically designed for use with oil-free lubricated air compressors, such as centrifugal air compressors, oil-free screw air compressors, and oil-free piston air compressors. The RSXY series is engineered to maintain a constant pressure dew point of -20°C, with an optional pressure dew point of -40°C for enhanced performance.

RSXY Series Heat of Compression Desiccant Air Dryer

The RSXY series compression heat regeneration adsorption dryer fully utilizes the heat generated by the compressor to thermally regenerate the adsorbent. This design makes it an energy-efficient adsorption dryer with remarkable energy-saving characteristics. It is specifically designed for use with oil-free lubricated air compressors, such as centrifugal air compressors, oil-free screw air compressors, and oil-free piston air compressors. The RSXY series is engineered to maintain a constant pressure dew point of -20°C, with an optional pressure dew point of -40°C for enhanced performance.

RSXW Series Heatless Desiccant Air Dryer

The bottom of the adsorption tower is equipped with supporting ceramic balls, the airflow is evenly distributed, this can prevent the desiccant from being soaked, and the service life is longer, with the specially designed stainless steel diverter, the pressure loss can be greatly reduced. The high-performance desiccant, specifically designed for this system, achieves optimal dew points. The standard configuration of the whole series is high-performance pneumatic valve during operation, the reliability and pressure loss are obviously better than membrane valve and solenoid valve.

RSXJ Series External Heated Desiccant Air Dryer

The bottom of the adsorption tower is equipped with supporting ceramic balls, ensuring even airflow distribution, this can prevent the desiccant from being soaked, and the service life is longer, with the specially designed stainless steel diverter, the pressure loss can be greatly reduced. The specially designed high performance desiccant can obtain the best dew point. The standard configuration of the whole series is high-performance pneumatic valve, offering superior reliability and significantly lower pressure loss compared to membrane valves and solenoid valves during operation.

Rear Cooler

Risheng Series Aftercooler is installed in the compressed air system to reduce the temperature of the compressed air. By lowering the temperature, it condenses the moisture in the compressed air into a liquid state and this liquid moisture is effectively removed through the use of a water separator.

Nitrogen Generator

The unique modular design and energy saving features offer a number of important advantages over conventional nitrogen generators and models that sell nitrogen. The compact system design offers users simplicity, least costly and less disruptive, requiring only pre-treatment of the compressed air system to start production.
