ST Series Refrigerated Dryer

High quality compressor with multiple protection settings. Patented WS water separator ensures ultra-high dew point. 8~10°C temperature difference between inlet and outlet water of pre-cooler ensures minimum outlet RH and prevents orifice freezing, which is much better than similar products. The pre-cooler recovers more than 90% of the cooling capacity and effectively reduces the load on the evaporator, so that the total energy consumption is only 85% of that of similar products.

HT Series High Temperature Refrigerated Air Dryer

The bottom of the adsorption tower is equipped with supporting ceramic balls, the airflow is evenly distributed, this can prevent the desiccant from being soaked, and the service life is longer, with the specially designed stainless steel diverter, the pressure loss can be greatly reduced. The high-performance desiccant, specifically designed for this system, achieves optimal dew points. The standard configuration of the whole series is high-performance pneumatic valve during operation, the reliability and pressure loss are obviously better than membrane valve and solenoid valve.
