The Popularization and Practice of the 8S Management Philosophy

As a critical part of RISHENG’s management system, the 8S philosophy focuses on eight key principles: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety, Savings, and Study. Its goal is to create an organized, safe, and high-efficiency workplace.

Since the implementation of the 8S management system, our work environment has undergone significant improvements. In the warehouse area, we optimized storage spaces through careful planning and clear categorization, enabling faster material retrieval and boosting logistics efficiency. The paint booth was reorganized to maintain a clean working environment, minimizing paint contamination and reducing safety incidents. In the sheet metal area, enhanced on-site management has improved the quality of sheet metal components while reducing rework and repairs.

Additionally, noticeable improvements have been achieved in the packaging area, final assembly area, filter assembly area, and electrical workshop, contributing to a more efficient and organized production environment.

This has not only improved our work efficiency but also elevated our team's overall image. These achievements are the result of the collective efforts of every employee and our shared commitment to upholding the 8S management principles.
