In order to improve the level of electrical skills of the staff, enrich the electrical theoretical knowledge of the staff, promote the spirit of craftsmanship, and show the vitality of the staff, the electrical skills PK activities were carried out. This skill competition is carried out in two parts: theoretical examination and practical PK. Through this activity, employees will have the opportunity to show their professional skills, learn from the strengths of others, and continuously improve themselves in the competition.

In the electrical skills PK activity, we focus on employees' mastery and application of production theory knowledge. The theory test questions are carefully planned and screened by the team to ensure the professionalism and rigor of the test questions, which cover a wide range of aspects, aiming to comprehensively examine the comprehensive ability of the participants.

Electrical Skills PK Hands-on

In the PK session of the practical competition, every employee has the opportunity to show their professional skills in electrical. This is not only an exercise and competition, but also a platform for learning and communication, promoting each other and making progress together in the competition.

The competition will be a comprehensive assessment of the installation skills of the contestants, requiring them to quickly and accurately complete the installation of equipment within the specified time. The contestants are carrying out the skill demonstration competition of electrical equipment in an intense and orderly manner, showing their professional skills. Through this session, we can see each contestant's proficiency and operation skills for electrical equipment installation.

Practical skill PK is the important part of this competition. Contestants need to demonstrate their proficiency in the operation of electrical equipment through exquisite manipulation skills. This is not only a test of their practical operation level, but also reflects their ability to comply with and implement safety regulations.

After discussion and study, the jury scored and summarized the skills competition.
